Therefore, we have adopted the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to ensure that we fulfill our responsibilities in this area. The Policy constitutes one of the pillars of the privacy protection program.

The Policy governs the way in which Éclairage TST Lightning processes the personal information of its customers, candidates for positions posted on its website and any other person, regardless of the medium on which this information is found: paper document, recording sound or database, for example.
